Having viewed numerous houses in and around Ventnor, we settled on this one as it offered the character we loved as well as the space for our large furniture and room for the family to come and visit often. We had every intention of making it a permanent move but circumstances change so it is now being offered to a new family to make it their forever home. The sea views were the main attraction but also being able to walk into town of an evening for a meal was a huge bonus.
The front terrace is a real communal area with the neighbours sitting outside and enjoying a glass or two into the warm summer evenings and the benefit of a separate garden over the road with a useful garage for storage has been a real handy extra.
