Description

If you are looking for a large family home with enough space to house all the kids and mum and dad then your search could seen be over with this stunning character property in Apse Heath.

Currently offering flexible accommodation including a separate annexe this substantial house has plenty of scope for any growing family and could easily see three generations comfortably living together. Equally, if you need lots of bedrooms, the potential is here to create them or why not explore the possibilities with the old barn on the side of the house.

This impressive two storey building provides huge storage areas but could be a fabulous home office or workspace or even a holiday let to give you an income -subject to all local authority permissions of course.

The garden is massive and the kids will love playing hide and seek in the maze of shrubs and bushes and there is plenty of space to become self-sufficient with the greenhouse and maybe a veggie plot too. Friends and family will enjoy the convenience of the large parking area to the front which gives space for at least 4 or 5 cars.

They say never judge a book by its cover and this could not be more true of this substantial home which extends out from the back to surprise you with its space and copious amount of accommodation.

This is certainly one not to be missed and is sure to be snapped up by one lucky buyer - just make sure it is you!

What the Owner says:

My parents bought this property so that as a family we could all live together. It worked really well as they had the ground floor and I had the first floor and so looking after them in later life was not a problem. The house could equally be used as one large home by removing the kitchen upstairs and creating a few extra bedrooms. The old barn outside was used by the previous owners as an office and store for their business but I have often thought it could be converted into a holiday let or granny annexe with the right permission from the council. The garden is huge and the dogs love running around and playing. The house is far too big for me since mum and dad passed away so it is time to let someone else make the best use of it.
